HISTORY:
Established in January 2001 as DBA Accurate Appraisal. Became
a corporation in August of 2002 and began hiring staff appraisers.
Currently employs 4 Buffalo appraisers of which 2 are state
certified, FHA approved and qualified review appraisers.
Remaining 3 appraisers are state licensed assistants working
toward certification. All appraisals performed by assistants
are strictly reviewed and co signed by the aforementioned
review appraisers. Service to the client is our forte and
you can expect prompt responses from initial appraisal request
through closing.
